Challenge: A Fortune 500 financial services firm undergoing major transformation needed to build an internal innovation engine capable of rapidly developing new digital experiences, products, and services for clients—while also upskilling their team in modern product development practices. Work: Managed 3+ product teams working across various development stages within the new incubator. Served as co-product owner with the client partner to streamline financial advisor information intake and storage processes. Upskilled the client team in agile ways of working to build sustainable innovation capabilities.
