During her time as Innovation Manager, Tanvi took on the challenge of building and formalizing our brand partnerships function, work that was outside of her official set of duties. Tanvi actively sought this workstream out because of her genuine interest in the space, but also because it was a ripe opportunity for our brand. Tanvi saw that we didn't have a structured approach to brand partnerships and essentially asked to create it. She identified and cultivated relationships with brands that felt authentically aligned with our positioning and target audience with companies like GoNanas, Wary Meyers, Harney and Sons, and The Strand. These weren't just partnerships on paper; they were thoughtful collaborations with beloved, on-trend brands that elevated our equity and broadened our reach. Tanvi has a real gift for spotting the right partners and building relationships that work for everyone involved. What makes Tanvi particularly effective in partnerships work is that she's both ambitious and relationship-oriented. She's strategic about what she goes after, but she's also a pleasure to work with. She's responsive, collaborative, and has a way of making partners feel valued and excited about what we're building together. She moves fast without cutting corners, and she always kept the broader brand story in mind. The fact that she carved out this entire function on her own initiative speaks volumes about her drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Tanvi is action-oriented, creative, and has excellent instincts for brand building. Any organization looking for someone to lead partnerships, drive strategic initiatives, or build something new would be lucky to have her.
