Work Overview
Challenge: A Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company aimed to build out a new consumer-facing digital and retail experience but lacked clarity on backend capabilities, data architecture, and partnership requirements to support the initiative. Work: Served as day-to-day lead for partnership development and backend build. Conducted iterative capabilities and gap assessments, developed proposed data flow and structure, and led DVF analysis of experiential concepts to validate design decisions against technical and business realities. Deliverables: - Partnership framework and strategy - Technical capabilities / gap assessment - DVF analysis and prioritization of experiential concepts
